In many cities including Lahore, the rule of fog, flights are delayed

The plains of Pakistan are shrouded in fog due to which flights are delayed in many cities.

According to the Department of Meteorology, the weather is likely to remain cold and dry in most areas on Tuesday, while light rain is expected in North and West Balochistan and light snowfall on the mountains.

Heavy fog will continue in the plains of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Upper Sindh.

Etihad EY 242 and Sirene ER 821 from Lahore to Abu Dhabi are delayed due to fog, while Saudi Airlines SV 735 from Lahore to Jeddah is also delayed.

Flight PK 322 from Lahore to Quetta and Flight PK 760 from Lahore to Jeddah were diverted to Islamabad.

Apart from this, Flight PK 248 from Dammam to Lahore and Flight PK 224 from Dubai to Faisalabad were diverted to Islamabad due to heavy fog.

Flight PK 244 from Dammam was also diverted to Islamabad due to reduced visibility in Sialkot.
